Metcon (Time)

1 Push Up

2 Body Rows

3 Wall Balls

4 Hang Cleans (DB weight of choice)

5 KB or DB Swings

6 Lunges

7 Goblet Squats Squats (Wt of Choice)

8 Burpees

9 Sit-ups

10 Jump Rope

11 Box Jumps

12 Dead Lifts (DBs wt of choice)
Perform the workout just as the “12 Days of Christmas” song is sung and refrained. 1 push up, then 2 body rows and 1 push up, then 3 wall balls 2 body rows 1 push up, etc…..
