26 2 CrossFit – CrossFit

(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: :60 hips from plank/side. 5 4-Point squats. 5 inch worms. 10 front leg swings. 5 lunges w/twist per side.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Back Squat (3×5)

Add 5lbs to your previous weight.

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight.

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

40m Walking Lunges

20 Jumping Air Squats

400m Run

*15min time goal

LII: 15 jumping air squats

LI: No jump on air squat. 200m run/walk okay.
