Skill of Shoulder Press (No Measure)

Coach explains the movement, athletes complete 20 perfect reps of the shoulder press using a PVC pipe

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Record total reps after each round

3 rounds:

1 min air squats

1 min push ups

1 min sit ups

1 min burpees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min REST
