26 2 CrossFit – CrossFit

(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: 5 star lunges per leg. 10 air squats. 10 straight leg toe touches. 5 Pull-ups. 200m Run.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Back Squat (3×5)

Add 5lbs to your previous weight

Bench Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight

Metcon (Time)

15 – 12 – 9 reps for time of:

Front Squats 135/95


400m Run each round

LII: 115/75. 9-6-3 pull-ups.

LI: Front Squat weight of choice. Pull-up sub of choice.

*15min time goal
