Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: 40m bear crawl. 40m crab walk. 10 mountain climbers / leg. 3 BB Hang PC. 6 plyo-pushups.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Deadlift (1×5)

Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans 185/135

9 Plyo-Pushups off 25# plate

LII: 155/115

LI: PC weight of choice. Regular pushups.
