3 x 3 BB Hang Power Snatch. 6 V-ups. 6 scorpions alt sides. 6 touch downs.

2:00 of Double Under Practice or Single-unders

Deadlift (1×5)

Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2x AMRAP repeats in 6:00 of:

6 Hang Power Snatch 135/95

12 V-ups

18 Double Unders

Rest 3minutes between rounds

LII: 115/75.

LI: HPS weight of choice. Sit-ups. :30 DU attempts or single-unders.
