Add 5lbs to your previous weight.

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight.

(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds of: 5 BB strict press. 5 burpees. 10 PVC pass thru. 10 inch worms

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up (new this week)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 rounds of:

:30 Max Strict Press 95/65

:60 Max Burpees

:60 Rest

LII: 75/45.

LI: SP weight of choice. Squats thrusts okay.

*Record total strict press and total burpees
