Add 5lbs to your previous weight

Bench Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

5 Strict Handstand Pushups

10 Pendlay Rows 135/95

15 Box Jumps 24/20

400m Run

LII: 1 abmat. 115/75.

LI: 2 Wall Walks or 5 HSPU sub of choice. BJ height of choice. Pendlay Row weight of choice.

*Step downs recommended on the box jump’s

*15min time goal
