Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (Time)

For time:

1000m Row

100 Weighted Sit-ups (dumbbell resting on chest) 25/15

500m Row

LII: Sit-up weight of choice.

LI: Sit-ups no weight. 800m – 400m Row.

*Keep weight on chest throughout the movement
