Back Squat (3×5)

Add 10lbs to your previous weight. (If you don’t have a previous weight, start at 55% of 1 rep max or perceived effort)

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 5lbs to your previous weight. (If you don’t have a previous weight, start at 55% of 1 rep max or perceived effort)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 rounds for reps of:

:30 Max Situps

:30 Max Box Jumps 30/24

:30 Max Hollow Rock

:60 Rest

LII: 24/20 BJ height.

LI: BJ height of choice. Hollow rock sub of choice.

*Record total sit-up and box jump reps, record time accumulated HR

*Step down recommended on the box jump’s
