Back Squat (3×5)

Add 10lbs to your previous weight. (If you don’t have a previous weight, start at 55% of 1 rep max or perceived effort)

Bench Press (3×5)

Add 5lbsto your previous weight. (If you don’t have a previous weight, start at 55% of 1 rep max or perceived effort)

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

AMRAP in 10minutes of:

100m Shuttle Sprint

10 Hand Stand Pushups

LII: One AB Mat for HSPU

LI: 10 HSPU sub of choice or Max HSPU in :30.

The run counts as 1 rep
