Skill of Deadlift (No Measure)

Coach explains the movement. Athletes complete 20 perfect reps of the deadlift using a pvc pipe.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

TABATA Push Ups

1 minute rest

TABATA Air Squats

1 minute rest

TABATA Burpees

All Done!

A “Tabata” is (8 cycles, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
