Deadlift (5×5)

Begin at 55% of your 1 rep max. If you do not know it go off of perceived effort. Keep track of your weights ie log them in Wodify. You will need the numbers in the future.

Power Clean (3×5)

Begin at 55% of your 1 rep max. If you do not know it go off of perceived effort. Keep track of your weights ie log them in Wodify. You will need the numbers in the future.

:30 Max Pull-ups

50 Weighted Sit-ups with Dumbbell on Chest 25/15

500m Row

:30 Max Pull-ups

25 Weighted Sit-ups with Dumbbell on Chest 25/15

LII: 20/10.

LI: Pull-up sub of choice. DB weight of choice.
