Power Clean (3×5)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 min AMRAP

10 Hang power cleans 155 lbs

10 Lateral burpees over the bar

*every time you drop the bar during the hang cleans, do a 200m sprint. Do not count dropping the bar when transitioning from the hang cleans to the burpees
