20minutes to find a 3 RM

Suggested warmup as follows: 5 @ 50% – 3 @ 60% – 2 @ 75%

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 x 5 minute AMRAP repeats of:

5 Bent-over BB Rows (supine grip) 165/115

10 Pushups

20 Double Unders

Rest 3minutes after the first AMRAP

LII: 115/75. :30 Max DUs.

LI: BB Row weight of choice. :30 Max single unders.

*Keep both AMRAPs consistent, find a pace!
