40m Shuttle Kettlebell Farmer Carry 70/53

40m Shuttle Sprint

20 Single Arm Dumbbell Power Cleans 70/55 (10 per arm then alternate)

LII: 53/35.

LI: KBFC / DBPC weight of choice.
