Back Squat

Going over the skill of back squat. Perform one set of 10 reps focusing on form & technique

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Alternating Movements EMOM for 10 minutes of:

3 Deadlifts (using barbell or dumbbells or KBs of athletes choice)

:30 Max chin ups

*Example, on the first minute 3 DLs with perfect form, on the second minute :30 max WCU…
