6 – 9 – 12 reps of:

Push Press 185/135

Hand Stand Push-ups

Calorie Row or Calorie Airdyne

LII: PP 135/95. HSPU with 1 ABMAT.

LI: PP weight of choice. 3-4-5 wall walks or HSPU sub of choice.

*10min time goal
