Deadlift

DE: Deadlift

8 x 2 Deadlifts @ 65% of 2 RM, Rest :45

*Speed, form and setup

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Ascending AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

4 Toes to Bar

1 Squat Clean @ 80% of 2 RM

2nd minute 8 T2B, 2 SQ… 3rd minute 12 T2B, 3 SQ…continue adding 4 T2B per round and 1 SC until time is up. Score = total reps.

LII: Knees to chest. SC @ 60-75% of 2 RM.

LI: T2B sub of choice. SC @ weight of choice.

*Keep moving and make each setup on the cleans perfect!
