Buy In: 50 Lunges (alternating legs)

5 rounds of:

20 Double Unders

12 GHD Sit-ups

Buy Out: 50 Lunges (alternating legs)

LII: :60 Max DU’s attempts count. V-ups.

LI: :60 Single unders. GHD sub of choice.

*15min time goal
