Deadlift (8×3 emom)

DE: Rack Pull Deadlift

8 x 3 @ 75% of 1RM Conventional Deadlift

Go every :60

*Speed and form priority!

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Rounds each for time of:

10 Front Squats @ 60% of 2RM

400m Run

Rest :60 between rounds

*2RM performed two weeks ago

*Hold splits 3 – 5 seconds

*May want to use stop watch
