Double Unders

Sit-ups

50m Shuttle KB Farmer Carry in between each round 70/53

LII: 40-30-20-10 DUs or :60 Max DU Attempts per round. Sit-ups same as RX.

LI: 20-15-10-10-5 DUs or:60 Max single unders per round. 40-30-20-10-10 sit-ups. KB weight of choice.

*20min time goal
