Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds for reps of:

1:00 Max True Pushups

1:00 Rest

2:00 Max accumulated L-Holds from pull-up bar

2:00 Rest

LII: Regular pushups. L-Holds with one knee tucked.

LI: Pushup sub of choice (not from knees). L-Hold sub of choice or Hollow Holds.

*Keep perfect midline position throughout
